No mattress or box spring to bring. Just the headboard and the frame. The frame includes a small removable drawer at the front. The bed is already broken down and ready for transport.

We need to discuss delivery and pickup dates. Am flexible but there are certain dates, I may not be available for delivery. I may not be available for pickup, as I have to fly to GA to meet you but if on a weekend, I can plan to be there. The mattress can be delivered to my storagein Madison Heights (I need to meet at the storage). Or my apartment Clinton Twshp- willing to pay more for help to carry up to my 3rd floor. I will help carry. Prefer delivery at apt and help to carry it up to the apartment but either works. Delivery date must be planned in advance so I can take off work as necessary if a weekday. Am not available on all weekends, so need to discuss actual delivery date. Thanks!

This is furniture for a Condo in Vail CO. Items will need to be picked up from La-Z-Boy warehouse in Rock Hill, SC and delivered to condo. Items will need to be carried into the condo and put in location. Items will also need to be loaded into truck at the warehouse, they will not load for you. Furniture needs to be wrapped and secured during transportation. Sizing in the reference is just a guess, it's 31 items to include a sofa, recliners, dining table, chairs, stools, two mattress and box springs. Heaviest item is 205lbs and that is the sofa.  

 

install in client home - client can help to install Remove and take away the current (brand new) box springs. Client is swapping out for a lower height box spring for his king mattress  

This shipment requires: (3) pieces each for (2) beds: mattress, box spring, metal frame). Total 6 pieces. (1) mirror (not weight bearing) requires blanket or other type of wrap to protect (1) table requiring blanket or other wrap to protect (3) 55 gallon trash bags of bed linens. Dimensions are approximate.
