Call before arrival  

Help is required for loading. Help available for unloading at delivery. First floor pickup, two or three porch steps. Has finials, please take care to keep them safe.  

 

3 seater sofa. leather  

Item is a drop leaf sofa table. Pickup is a business m-f pickup 8-5. Outside of that can be arranged. Please call first. Delivery is a residence. Call first to notify delivery / schedule time.  

 

Help loading at pickup and drop-off  

 

I’d like the 2 piece sectional sofa wrapped in plastic so upholstery stays clean & isn’t damaged in transit.  

Sofa is next to sliding door with 40" clearance for ease of moving out through the back of the house. Delivery to garage - short, flat driveway.  

Needs to be packed.  

Call before you arrive on pick up AND delivery. DELIVERY MUST BE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.  

There are approximately 10 boxes (not just 1), a chaise, an ottoman, and a sofa. I have extra blankets if needed.  

You will have help loading the furniture.  

You will have help unloading.  

 

No stairs or steps , immediately at door entry with easy access @ driveway.  

Picture 1 of bed - only the bedframe broken down gets shipped. Pictures 2 and 3 same sofa. Picture 4 is smaller sleep sofa with built in foam mattress- not springs so easy to move. Picture 5 is another sofa  

Use the alley and call 30min before you arrive! I will need someone to help me carry (or at least two people).  

Pick up hours Monday-Friday only, 8 am-4 pm with loading Dock  

You will have help unloading.
