THIS IS A 3 UNIT BOOKCASE UNIT THAT IS UNASSEMBLED UPON PICKUP AND DELIVERY. ORIGIN IS A SINGLE FAMILY HOME IN HACKETTSTOWN WITH EASY ACCESS TO THE GARAGE WHERE THIS UNIT IS BEING BUILT. DELIVERY ADDRESS IS A 6 STORY APARTMENT BUILDING IN INWOOD NYC. JUST NORTH OF THE GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE BY 10 MINUTES . THE BUILDING HAS A LOADING ZONE OUT FRONT WITH A STREET ACCESS TO THE BASEMENT AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO. I NEED A MAN WITH A VAN OR TRUCK WITH SHIPPING BLANKETS AND LARGE RUBBER BANDS TO HOLD THE BLANKETS IN PLACE. VAN IS PREFERRED IN CASE IT RAINS. I CAN HELP LOAD AND DELIVER. THE UNIT HAS THREE SECTIONS. ALL 3 UNITS ARE ARE 81" TALL. ONE IS THE LEFT BOOKCASE THAT IS 18" WIDE, THE CORNER SECTION IS 24' WIDE ON BOTH SIDES, THE UNIT ON THE RIGHT IS 36' WIDE. THE CORNER CABINET WEIGHS ABOUT 80 POUNDS AND IS THE HEAVIEST UNIT. ONCE IN THE APARTMENT BASEMENT, WE CAN TAKE THE ELEVATOR TO THE 6TH FLOOR. NO STAIRS TO NAVIGATE IN THIS MOVE. PICKUP IN HACKETTSTOWN BY 9:00AM AUGUST 9TH. PLAN 20 MINUTES TO WRAP AND LOAD. 1 HOUR MAYBE A LITTLE MORE TO APARTMENT IN INWOOD. CURRENTLY IN FINAL CONSTRUCTION AND WILL NOT BE READY TILL SATURDAY MORNING.  

 

Six piece set. Tops and bottom pieces are all modular. Will need to be arranged at client home to match the photo - three bookcase hutches from the six pieces. Must shrink and blanket wrap. Must have enclosed storage. Is not stackable during transit.  

Murphy bed: The size of the 4 bookcases are 33.5” wide 8”deep & 89” ht. There are 4 of those. The headboard is 65” x 23”. the Murphy bed has been completely disassembled. It is in multiple packages to make it easier for packing and shipping.  

This is actually two pieces so the top will ship better if taken off the base in shipping

I will provide exact pickup address when booking. The furniture is in two pieces - upper cabinet and base cabinet. Shipper must be able to provide a specific pickup date.  

REQUIREMENTS: 1. Transported in a box, truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. 2. BOL (E-BOL Preferred) 3. PHOTOS - At Pickup & Delivery 4. In-Home pickup & room of choice delivery with debris removal a. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Plan accordingly and bring help if needed. 5. Blanket wrap service and/or packing/crating (including all proper materials) 6. Pickup/Delivery - Standard from 8:00am - 6:00pm, unless agreed differently by customer. COMMUNICATION: 1. Within 24 hrs - Contact pickup and delivery locations to confirm booking 2. Within 24-48 hrs - Contact delivery location prior to appointment to provide arrival notice 3.
