Bed is in 8 pieces ( 4 columns and four separate sides of the frame). No mattress or box spring. The bed must be removed from a second floor attic in a house and delivered to an apt building using a freight elevator. The security in the apt building only allow furniture deliveries from 8am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Shippers must be out by 4pm. There is no need for assembly or disassembly.  

The bed frame and headboard is upholstered and should be protected from black marks and scuffs, The Headboard of the bed frame is an additional 34" which is in additional to the 13" of the frame. The mattress is a Temur-Pedic. There is no box spring with this system. Any additional protection you would recommend for the frame?  

 

 

Mattress, box springs & rolled rug will be wrapped in plastic... coming out of 1st floor storage unit.  

Also included is a 78.5 x 118" rug, and a mattress and box spring for a double bed. Boxes will be packed. Will need assistance packing the larger items/ furniture. Once we connect I will schedule a 3 hour move-in window which will reserve the freight elevator in the building. Thank you.  

Mattress is memory foam. Box spring can divide in half to be stacked. Pick up and drop off are both on the second floor of a house and require one flights of stairs. There will not be help loading or unloading.  

pick up from apartment, bed can be taken down elevator to parking garage. Drop off at a house, straight in front door.  

The pickup date has to be in Miami on March 21st as that is my time slot to use the service elevator. I cannot stress that enough (missed out on it moving in). But for my new apartment in Dallas the delivery date can be much more flexible. I would love it to be roughly a week later but first couple days April can also work. Also the weight for my items is purely estimation on my part, I have never weighed my couch. The bed includes my mattress and box spring (Same size) as well as the bed frame and the headboard. The couch is a very large couch, but it is completely sectional and can be taken apart into much smaller pieces. The dresser is dimensions as listed above, again the weight was a complete guess and obviously it will be empty. Last I just have two TVs that I don't think will fit into my car but that is the easy part.

See security guard at pickup. Drive to house 99. Call from doorbell at delivery, proceed to lobby, elevator and 3 rd floor. Remove existing mattress to alley  

Bed frame will be completely disassembled into small pieces that stack easily. Bigger pieces will be headboard and dresser. No mattress or box springs included. No stairs at pickup and there will be assistance with loading. No stairs at drop off and there will be assistance with unloading. Thanks!  

Load and unload help. Headboard and footboard will be wrapped. Storage unit pickup. Residential drop off. No stairs, etc. Bed with NO mattress or box springs, light weight chair, dresser with mirror, side table.  

4 post bed and rails can be disassembled plus mattress and box spring (53" x 83")  

Blanket wrap and shrink wrap 2 night tables and table. Mattress and box spring will be in bags. TV box for TV  

 

Moving out of an Apartment complex that has elevators; no stairs required. Can assist in loading and unloading if needed.
