Pretty simple item, heirloom rocking chair. Item is definitely smaller than estimated size.  

Pickup from garage of older man's house who is in a gated community and may not be able to help load. Drop off is anywhere within 100 miles of Manchester, NH. I'll come and get it for the least expensive bid! Thank you.  

 

Can also pick up outside US Naval Academy in Annapolis  

Curbside drop off in Brooklyn, no stairs required.

Note: Business hours are from 10-4 pm Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and there is no guarantee we can meet you after weekends. There will be assistance on the loading side and potentially on the unloading side. Happy to answer any questions you may have. We ship multiple items a week, sometimes a day so there is a chance if you work well with us that we can offer you more consistent work.

Pick up and drop off are very direct, no stair. I can meet at I-75 and exit 261 ramp to make for quick drop off at expressway.
