Cheap Bench Shipping Services

 

Hello, I am moving from Springfield Gardens, Queens, NY (11413) to Kennewick, WA (99336). Pickup date is September 4 or 5, 2025 (a little flexibility is okay). Delivery within 7–15 days is fine. Items to be shipped (approximate list): 1 Full-size bed frame (disassembled) 1 Small treadmill (compact, foldable) 1 TV, 32” (boxed or wrapped) 2 x guitar 1x trumpet 1 Full-size mirror (fragile) 1 X military duffle bag 2 × 50-gallon storage bins (clothes, shoes etc) 4 × 30-gallon bins (miscellaneous household items) 1 Bench/ottoman (approx. 30”) Notes: pickup in Queens (street access, ground-level loading area) Delivery to residence in Kennewick (driveway/street access available) Flexible on shared load or dedicated truck Looking for door-to-door service (not terminal-to-terminal) Special Requests: Please handle fragile items (TV & mirror) with care. Basic blankets/straps for securing items preferred. Insurance coverage details appreciated. Budget / Expectation: I am looking for bids in the $1,600–$1,800 range for this load.

Delivery is to an upholstery shop so delivery needs to be during working hours.  

The picture is an example. Measurements are of full set with benches tucked under. Chairs are all white and need to be wrapped well to avoid scuff marks. Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. All items must be loaded by 4:30 PM. Both pickup and delivery locations require 24 hours' notice before arrival. Customer prefers afternoon or weekend delivery as she is a teacher and hard to leave her job. For payment release, a signed Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD) must be sent to us. Use the eBOL provided by uShip or our paperwork. Missing signatures or photos may delay payment. If pickup is delayed beyond the agreed date, we may seek other options due to limited storage space. All items must be blanket wrapped by the carrier. We apologize for the detailed instructions, but these are standard and often overlooked. We prefer working with professional, repeat carriers experienced on uShip, as feedback is crucial for us. We ship 5–10 shipments weekly and value reliable partnerships.  

 

 

NO TABLE JUST BENCH TOP & TWO EXTENSION LEAVES Item 1: Bench Top Dimensions: 60" L × 14" W × 2" H Weight: ~20 lbs Item 2: Pair of Extensions Dimensions: 18" L × 36" W × 2" H Weight: ~15 lbs each Additional Information: Only the bench top and two extension leaves are being delivered—no table. Bench top will need to be re-attached to base. We can show the shipper how to attach, its very simple. Total combined weight approx. 50 lbs. Blanket wrap service preferred.  

 

Coffee table & work bench collapse down to fold flat. Coffee table won’t have legs. Measures 70” long Work bench measures 7’ long. Have a small red gas tank (has never had gas in it), there’s seat cushions (x3 at 3’x3’) & back cushions (x3 at 3’x2’) which will be packed up. Four art works which will bubbled & packed. Measurements: 20”x16”,16”x12”, 24.5”x22.5”, 16”x12” One cooler measuring 26.5”x16x 16.5”  

Pick up M-F 9am to 4pm  

 

MUST HAVE PLENTY OF BLANKETS.
