To be delivered to my condo on the third floor. I could actually help getting it into the elevator and moving it into my condo.  

This is a super delicate piece. The metal can be easily dented, so please use triple blankets to wrap it thoroughly. Do not place anything on top of it. Again, this is a very, very fragile and delicate item!  

 

I’m arranging a shipment for a vintage roll-top desk and chair from a home office in New Jersey to Loomis, California. The desk is solid wood, with a removable top section, and is currently located upstairs, so two people will be needed to safely bring it down. Both pieces will need to be wrapped and protected for transport. There is a pickup deadline of June 20, as the homeowners are preparing to close the house. Delivery to Loomis is flexible — there’s no strict timeline on that end.

The desk is about 40 years old. It's solid teak wood but has never been moved before.  

The desk needs to be brought down one flight of steps in New Haven, and delivered to the porch of the house in Long Island if no one is home  

The pieces is boxed up and ready to go so no packing required. All my pieces can be stacked. All pieces can be handled by one person with help of hand truck or a dolley. I just bought the desk, it’s inside a shop. One-of-a-kind, please be careful with it :)  

A bill of lading must be submitted to Stair Galleries (email to [email protected]) 48n hours in advance of pick up. It was lot #26 in the auction held on June 17th.  

Desk is Brandnew ( customer order) Comes in original packing , require careful handling .. Blanket wrap required  

Desk and Wall mount shelf. These are already disassembled and ready for pick up. Need to be blanket wrapped/ padded. Deliver to an installer's warehouse. Not needing assembly or installation on delivery.  

Pick up M-F 9am to 4pm  

The secretary desk measurements are added together. They are actually three separate pieces that can be transported much more easily when separated. Would love to have these moved ASAP.. I am not at this location so we'll need to coordinate with the person on site. Therefore the weights are estimated only.  

I need this to be crated (desk top comes off and needs to have the 4 carriage bolts removed). I then need the legs to be put in the same crate as the desk top. Must be crated or palletized.
