Cheap Desk Shipping Services

Looking for a reliable and affordable shipper to deliver this antique cabinet inside a clients home in Columbia City, IN. There is bowed glass and some mirror in the cabinet so blanket wrap and two person delivery please! Thank you!  

Aprox 6 large framed&nonframed art, 1 large statue (300lbs), approx 20 med boxes (some fragile, glass/ceramics), 1 office chair, 1 lightweight desk, aprox 10 5gallon buckets full of tools, 2 mopeds, 1 tile saw, 3-5 med potted plants, some small boxes of clay  

Comes apart for easy shipment. Must be reassembled. Must be transported in covered vechile and get BOL signed.  

This is a condo. Loading dock and front desk available during the day. No stairs.  

 

 

Items to ship are not a one-bed apartment--they were in a DORM room 6 ft arcade cabinet 1- full size mattress--NO bed frame Bean Bag Chair disassmebled computer desk Small Cube storage unit Items are now kept in a 10x5 storage unit

Elevator building on both ends. No one to assist move on receiving end.  

 

Call to arrange pick up. We have a controlled alley and will have to unlock the alley gate upon arrival.  

Call before arrival, use front door carefully.  

Pick up location requires a COI. Must be able to provide.  

The weight of these items are rough estimates. I believe I have over estimated, but have no scale to confirm. These items will be delivered to the Pacific Northwest College of Art, in central Portland. They must be delivered during regular business hours. There is a front desk receptionist. It will be much easier to deliver if I can be present, as I am a student in the summer term. There is a parking lot at NW Park Ave and Glisan Ave that leads up to the main entrance where you can check in with the receptionist.  

 

Has to be picked up from furniture store in VA; they allow pickup from Wednesday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and 12 to 5 pm on Sunday. You would have to let me know which day and time range for pickup so I can contact the furniture store to book an appointment. They require your ID and order number to pick up. They have a loading dock but don't use the forklift for furniture pickup. Desk needs special attention. Need delivery to 23rd floor of a Manhattan apartment building. Building is very strict and requires me to put up a personal cashier's check of $1000 in case of damages to the freight elevator so please handle carefully. In order to reserve the NYC freight elevator, need at least 24 hours' notice minimum and more notice is ideal to book a 3 hour time slot; building reserves freight elevator from time slots of 8-11 am , 11 am-2 pm, 2-5 pm or 5-8 pm every day of the week. Not available 5/25 for delivery  

 

The desk needs to be well packaged to ensure damage. Must be in an enclosed trailer or truck.  

Call 1 hr before arrival.  

This will be picked up at the crate and barrel warehouse and delivered to me. It’s likely it will come in a box.  

 

Two uplift desks and one office chair. Desks can be taken apart if needed but would need to be put back together.  

The auction house has a ramp and ability to park right outside the door for easy pick up. My house is street level and only 2 steps to get in front door  

Desk will be crated. Alley can be used for pick-up. Delivery will be to a residence.
