Hello. The pick-up will be done at my warehouse with help to load. The delivery will be done at a house in Miami. In principle, there are no stairs, if there are, an extra cost will be added for the delivery. An adult man can lift the item without any problem, but to transport it from the van or truck to the house, the use of a dolly or helper will be necessary. There will be no people to help unload the item during the delivery. The item is packed. You can lay the item down 100% to fit in cargo vans as long as nothing goes on top of the item.  

REQUIREMENTS: 1. Transported in a box, truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. 2. BOL (E-BOL Preferred) 3. PHOTOS - At Pickup & Delivery 4. In-Home pickup & room of choice delivery with debris removal a. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Plan accordingly and bring help if needed. 5. Blanket wrap service and/or packing/crating (including all proper materials) 6. Pickup/Delivery - Standard from 8:00am - 6:00pm, unless agreed differently by customer. COMMUNICATION: 1. Within 24 hrs - Contact pickup and delivery locations to confirm booking 2. Within 24-48 hrs - Contact delivery location prior to appointment to provide arrival notice 3. Item is unpackaged so will need some sort of protection. Have also attached pic of a cross bow located under the chest and would like to incorporate that into the shipping if possible but not required. Measurements for cross bow is app 48" x 20"  

Picking up Armoire from McCarney's Furniture in San Francisco. They are open daily from 12noon to 5pm. You are delivering it to a residential one story home in Fresno.  

 

Please wrap and strap to protect the finish! I am not sure of the weight! Two people will need to carry this!
