Items are already wrapped for shipment. Armoire will be delivered to 1st floor apartment in 60657 zip code. Stereo needs to be delivered into a 3rd floor apartment (stairs only) in 60640 zip code. we need whomever is delivering to carry the items into the apartments. we cannot carry them.  

 

Will need to retrieve from Bedroom to load, there is no one living there anymore.  

 

Item will be brought to the curb, fragile item  

This is a heavy piece that does not come apart. It is one solid unit. Will need two strong people.

Pickup from business with assistance and delivering to a residence. Armoire is heavy, 2 people minimum at Delivery. **PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BIDDING**: -Pickup hours are Monday - Friday 10am-7pm / Saturday-Sunday 12pm-5pm - Easy loading at a business with assistance. Shipper is responsible for Blanket Wrapping of the items. - You MUST MAKE CONTACT with the delivery customer at least 24 hours in advance. - Upon Delivery please photograph the Item Delivered and email or text me so I can release payment. - Customers should be contacted between 8am-8pm based on the delivery timezone. - Items CAN NOT be left outside unless consent is given from the customer. - An enclosed trailer, box truck, or sprinter van is required for ALL deliveries
