Pickup from a storage facility, no elevator or stairs is required, you will come with your truck straight to the drive up unit. Delivery is going to a business and no elevator or stairs is required too. Extra caution is required, you’ll be transporting a fragile piece of furniture (framed wall mirror). All weights are guesstimates 3 pieces of furniture are on the 2nd floor at the pickup location. 1 piece is on the ground floor. All pieces will be delivered to a 2nd floor apartment. The bed is a twin - mattress, box spring, and generic metal bed frame. The mirror is an oval stand mirror. The chair is a petite curved back chair. The cabinet has curved glass on the front and sides.  

Delivery weekday only 9:00 and 4:30. Mover may have to unscrew metal base at bottom to exit. (Unsure). Armoire is heavy wood and mirror. Pickup first floor, one step, near exit door. Delivery to elevator building.

The furniture item is actually a hutch (similar to a dresser), and is in three parts. The lower section is about 40 in wide x 48 in high x 18 in deep and weighs about 75 lb. the upper section is 40 in wide x 36 in high x 1.5 in. deep, weighing about 50 lb. There is also a marble top which sits between the top and bottom 40 in wide x 18 in deep x 1 in high weighing about 75 lb.

I am waiting for the seller to get back to me with an address and availability for pickup. I did not include the mirror in the size estimate, but typically they detach. The length of each piece I got from the seller. The width and height I estimated using another Art Deco bedroom set I have.  

This is a 5x10 self storage unit. It’s 8 ft tall. The boxes contain papers, books, and pictures along with small antiques. My aunt recently passed away and these are some of her belongings. There are also a sewing machine and 2 large mirrors and 1 small mirror. I will arrange for someone to meet you at self storage with a key to let you in at the pick up.
