Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We have a driver assigned to pick this up today. Cancellations of carriers incur a $500 fee. Winch trucks and trucks with mega ramps aren’t always readily available. Also, we do not see any of the deposit money. Uship collects that directly.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item was too big to fit on my trailer and didn’t have no access to a forklift to bring it back up.

The dimensions were clearly stated as was the type of trailer needed. You chose to take the load anyway. That is on you. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The pick up location is an auction house, and the auctioneer said they have a tractor to help load. When the service provider contacted them, they told him they couldn't help him. This was completely out of our control, and a poor lack of communication by the auction house. Both parties are frustrated.
