Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We have a driver assigned to pick this up today. Cancellations of carriers incur a $500 fee. Winch trucks and trucks with mega ramps aren’t always readily available. Also, we do not see any of the deposit money. Uship collects that directly.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item was too big to fit on my trailer and didn’t have no access to a forklift to bring it back up.

The dimensions were clearly stated as was the type of trailer needed. You chose to take the load anyway. That is on you. Shipment was not as described, overweight by about 900lbs. Shipment should have been $500 more but I still completed the shipment even after several issues along the way. I even went and got them a key for their item as they had requested.
