The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped There was a last minute change in my boss's plans for the equipment located in Plano, TX, which had led me to the point of needing to cancel the order. Dusty was a pleasure to speak with, and I hope we have the opportunity to work together in the future.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The pick up location is an auction house, and the auctioneer said they have a tractor to help load. When the service provider contacted them, they told him they couldn't help him. This was completely out of our control, and a poor lack of communication by the auction house. Both parties are frustrated.
