Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We have a driver assigned to pick this up today. Cancellations of carriers incur a $500 fee. Winch trucks and trucks with mega ramps aren’t always readily available. Also, we do not see any of the deposit money. Uship collects that directly.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item was too big to fit on my trailer and didn’t have no access to a forklift to bring it back up.

The dimensions were clearly stated as was the type of trailer needed. You chose to take the load anyway. That is on you. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services WARNING! Item was promised to be picked up on 8/29. Its is now 8/31 and I have had no response from the carrier in over 24 hours. I have tried phone and email with no response. I needed the item picked up on time as promised and after they received my payment up front for the deposit they did not answer my requests for an update. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Driver picked up load later then planned due to not having correct trailer and needing to rent a trailer. Driver picked up item and did not secure properly to trialer causing it to roll off. Driver stated that he could no longer accommodate this load and dropped the item off in an unsecure lot across from a U-Haul dealer. Had to scramble to find another driver that could pick up my item in a location that was even further from the original. A lot of trouble for one item that was clearly listed w

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Through NO fault of the driver, the pick up location was unable to have us pick up the item due to their own issues. Driver was amazing and did all that he could to pick up my item. I hope to work with them again in the future!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately the width of the mower and the width of his van are not compatable. We will need to cancel the load and relist. Carrier was quick to try for pick up and kept in contact. I look forward to working with them in the future. Sadly, it just did'nt work ut for this load.
