Carrier was quick to pick up/deliver. Kept in contact. I do not believe driver read all info before accepting load, nor did he read the email I sent with all pick up/delivery info, as he was very insistant on delivery on a Saturday over a Holiday weekend even though info clearly stated "Delivery Location: M-F 9am-3pm ONLY - NO WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS". He was then rude and harrassing to my employee that came in on day off to unload him, as well as myself, until I could get his payment info to him.

She is wrong me and the guys at unloaded. The mower had absolutely no problem. We were totally fine. Don’t worry problem was I miss read I didn’t read it but when I talk to her several times on the phone she never once said oh you can’t do that you have to be here Monday and him for over two hours it took me to get paid, so yeah Maddie got a little grumpy.
