I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Carrier was quick to respond once he accepted the load. Appointment was scheduled and agreed to by the carrier. Load was never picked up. I have received no further communication from carrier since the pick up appointment was made. It has been one week without a response via phone, email or text. I need my load picked up and need to find a new carrier

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After a few communications, I have discovered that the item has not been picked up even though I was told it had been. It is difficult to get ahold of anyone via text, call or email and I was promised that the "partner is the one delivering it I'll Have him call and shoot you a picture" yet I am now receiving no reply. Item dealine for pick up was 2 days ago and carrier is still not responding. I will not be using this carrier ever again. Please cancel this shipment.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver had several delays that we tried to work with. Carrier finally scheduled a pick up and never showed. That was 10 days ago and I am not getting a response from the carrier via email, text or call. I need this item picked up as it is now going on a month. Please cancel shipment so I may find a driver that will pick up my item.
