A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Cusotmer had pickup date for one date and the load couldn’t be picked up till the next week. We couldn’t lay over untill then.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Carrier started out fine with good communication. Then carrier kept pushing back the date for pick up. Now the carrier is requesting a cancellation and has not communicated with me since last spoke that he would pick up yesterday. No reason or explanation given. Item was to be picked up by 11/14 and now it is past due and I am hoping they will still hold the item. Wish carrier would have cancelled sooner so I would have had time to book a different driver.
