The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it upon arrival my driver informed me that the equipment was not able to be loaded onto the trailer. I attempted to contact the point of contact in reference to this and could not get an answer. The person on scene said they could not guarantee that it would be able to be loaded tomorrow so I told my driver to go on ahead to the next pick up.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Carrier had trailer issues and picked up later than expected. When picked up, carrier developed truck problems and returned the item to the pick up location. Carrier is unable to ship this load at this time.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Their driver was to pick up on Wed. Aug 5, then I was told the driver arrived on Fri. Aug 7 after hours and could not pick up because location was closed. Then after several phone calls to 2 different people, could not get an answer on whether or not items were picked up. Finally spoke to someone who told me person in charge of our shipment quit and they were "scrambling to catch up". Was not able to get ahold of anyone after that even after trying and leaving messages. It is now 2 weeks later a
