Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We have a driver assigned to pick this up today. Cancellations of carriers incur a $500 fee. Winch trucks and trucks with mega ramps aren’t always readily available. Also, we do not see any of the deposit money. Uship collects that directly.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item was too big to fit on my trailer and didn’t have no access to a forklift to bring it back up.

The dimensions were clearly stated as was the type of trailer needed. You chose to take the load anyway. That is on you. The service provider had multiple issues with his truck, breaking down multiple times, and was late for the final delivery. He was very polite, and answered questions when asked, but only provided updates after being asked.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped There was a last minute change in my boss's plans for the equipment located in Plano, TX, which had led me to the point of needing to cancel the order.
