The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The seller of this equipment to the buyer stated in an email that due to liability issues, they are unable to provide assistance in loading even though the Uship.com listing states that no assistance is needed in loading and unloading. Buyer stated that Joseph would be able to assist. He has not answered his phone nor made any responses to the service provider. We are not able to load this shipment without assistance, so therefore we must cancel.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipping Company was unable to find a driver who could handle our shipment in the time frame that we needed. Communication was good at beginning but slowed after they were unable to provide the service as promised.
