This is a large item move only! This includes a pickup of additional items in Castle Rock on the way to drop off destination. --- Littleton/Highlands Ranch pickup is in basement of home to 1st and basement floor of home - 7 foot leather couch (going into basement) - 1 queen FOAM mattress (going into basement) - 1 queen bed frame (will be disassembled) - 1 pressed plywood smaller dresser - 1 squat rack (will be disassembled) - 1 medium workbench (NO TOOLS) Second location in Castle Rock is on 3rd floor of an apartment 3 minutes from drop off location: - 1 wood dresser - 1 queen bed (mattress only, no bedspring) - 1 metal bed frame (smaller, will be disassembled) - 2 pressed plywood dressers (smaller) - 1 kitchen table (two person) - 1 Craftsman tool chest (EMPTY - NO TOOLS) - Mid century buffet bottom / top hutch (detached) - 1 sewing machine in stand - Smaller 'buffet' / table - 1 adjustable standing desk - 1 mini washer/dryer (dryer is 80 lbs) - 1 LCD tv (50"?) - 1 Lounger chair  

 

 

 

This is in a storage unit. Drive right up to the entry door & only have to carry about 30 feet  

WHITE GLOVE service requested, must be brought up 29 stairs and placed inside. Table is easily managed by 2 people, or 1 person and hand truck. Business hours are Mon-Sat 10-6, Sun 11-5.  

Miscellaneous household items that wouldn’t fit in the moving truck- no fragile items (surface scratches okay - just nothing bent/broken). These items are “garage/yard tools”. All items pictured measure at max width: 8’7” x 8’3” with max item height of 3’6”. Heaviest item is ~50lbs. The (2) 6ft folding tables (one white plastic, one wooden) and the fiberglass ladder are required in the shipment. The workbench (with sheet metal top) is NOT in the shipment. The plywood sheet and workbench in the pictures are NOT in the shipment. Items located in garage (no stairs, and you can back right up to the overhead door - easy load-out!). Delivery is also to a garage (no steps, back right-up - easy load-in!). I suspect items would fit in a large truck bed, but not completely certain.  

Must call to arrange delivery date/time.  

 

 

 

 

In 2 pieces . Already shrink wrap packaged and ready to go. Blanket wrap is a definitely a plus.  

 

I might also have another pickup needed from near Newport News VA to New Freedom as well if you're interested.
