BLANKET WRAP ALL THE EIGHT (8) ITEMS LISTED ABOVE AT THE PICK-UP LOCATION WHICH IS A HOUSE AT THE STREET LEVEL WITH NO STAIRS. ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE DELIVERED INSIDE A SINGLE-FAMILY HOME TO THE FIRST FLOOR IN MARIETTA, GA. THE DELIVERY LOCATION (SINGLE FAMILY HOME) HAS A DRIVEWAY AND A STAIR LEADING TO THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR. AT THE DROP-OFF LOCATION, ASSEMBLE BED & FRAME AND ASSEMBLE DRESSER & MIRROR ON THE FIRST FLOOR. TO CREATE SPACE FOR THE BED & FRAME BROUGHT FROM ORLANDO, A FULL-SIZE BED WITH A BOX ON A METAL FRAME (REGULAR BED – NOTHING FANCY) AND A NIGHTSTAND CURRENTLY SET ON THE FIRST FLOOR NEED TO BE MOVED TO THE SECOND FLOOR. THE COFFEE TABLE, NIGHTSTAND, AND TWO (2) END TABLES BROUGHT FROM ORLANDO; FL WILL STAY ON THE FIRST FLOOR. PICK-UP AND DELIVERY DATES ARE VERY FLEXIBLE TO MAINTAIN COST COMPETITIVENESS.

Small dresser with high end lacquer finish. Easy to dolly. Neeeds to be blanket and plastic wrapped. Also has glass top. Pickup and delivery will have help, and be ground floor.

The pickup date has to be in Miami on March 21st as that is my time slot to use the service elevator. I cannot stress that enough (missed out on it moving in). But for my new apartment in Dallas the delivery date can be much more flexible. I would love it to be roughly a week later but first couple days April can also work. Also the weight for my items is purely estimation on my part, I have never weighed my couch. The bed includes my mattress and box spring (Same size) as well as the bed frame and the headboard. The couch is a very large couch, but it is completely sectional and can be taken apart into much smaller pieces. The dresser is dimensions as listed above, again the weight was a complete guess and obviously it will be empty. Last I just have two TVs that I don't think will fit into my car but that is the easy part.  

This is a sale through my Etsy shop. Pick up is at my home in Grand Rapids. Delivery is to my customer's home in LA. Cargo van, enclosed trailer, or box truck preferred.
