In-home pickup and in-home delivery required. Both locations have stairs. The pickup location is on the second floor with the staircase on the outside of the building. And there is a short staircase with wide steps at the delivery address.  

 

Pieces are already packaged, couches can go on their end like in the photo or flat. Can be picked up anytime but must be delivered on one of the following dates; 12/17, 12/22, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7, 1/19  

Please pay attention to the picture, as it is a sleeper sofa. It will need to be picked up from a furniture warehouse, so it is already packed up and ready to go. This will need to be delivered upstairs, but we may be able to have help on our end.  

King Mattress/No Frame, TV + stand, possibly couch if we can't sell it, 3 wardrobe boxes and some additional medium boxes, elevator available no stairs  

1 sectional couch, breaks down into 2 pieces. Solid wood, heavy. Might need 3 persons to load. Only 1 man is ready to help to load and unload. Please make sure its gonna work out since its heavy and we can not confirm the weight. Preferred 2 men to be at the pick up. Cash payment to the seller at the pickup is required (1500$), will be prepaid for that. We can include in the quote 1500$ (preffered) + your service. Or I can paypal (preferred) or zelle separately 1500$. UPD. 24 hr notice is required to pickup the couch (8am-6pm any day). Delivery 6am-10pm any day  

Items located on downstairs level of house and additional items to be taken out of vehicle. Paintings are of good size and amount. There are NO - mattresses, NO bed frames, NO couches, or the like. Just clothing + personal items (may need to be put into contractor bags/or similar), a good amount of artwork, music equipment and a few other small electronics. Can help unload on arrival. I am on the receiving end, last of the move items, to be loaded by mover. Thank you ahead of time will do my best to answer any questions and will leave a good review :)
