These are 2 halfs of a china closet. It's a very sturdy and high quality china closet. The top half has glass panels. The bottom half does not. All the wood components are SOLID Maple. No particle board or anything flimsy. With reasonable care this should transport well.

Pick up from an apartment (5th floor, with freight elevator) and deliver to home. Furniture is comprised of queen size mattress (and box spring)/no frame, compact sofa, fragile china hutch, rolling industrial cart, stackable chairs, side tables, rolling desk, compact book shelves and framed art pieces. Boxes include kitchen, office, closet, Christmas tree/decor and books.  

I need the contents of a storage closet at Pike County Storage in Pittsfield, Illinois, picked up and moved to my first floor (easy access) apartment in Memphis, Tennessee. The storage closet is the size of a walk-in closet. It contains a very small three-drawer table, several boxes (10-20), a wardrobe box that is almost empty, a queen-size bed frame, a two- drawer (very lightweight) filing cabinet, a color printer/scanner/fax, a trash can, some clothes in bags and a few misc. items. Not everything is boxed, but it the stuff that isn't can either be put in the half-empty boxes or just placed with the other goods for shipment. The valuables are all boxed an packaged, and there aren't many. There is no one on the Illinois side to help and it is locked. I have a key I will have to send if you agree to pick it up. The load time should be less than 20 minutes, and unload time similar. I don't want stuff broken, but the important thing is to just get them out of storage. I don't have pictures, but I'm not leaving out anything large or heavier than the boxes and the furniture. Call with quotes. I'm sorry, I don't have dimensions. Thanks!  

 

 

Majority of the weight is 10-20 boxes of books, each weighing 40-70 lbs, each box measuring about 17x13x12 inches. I think about 700lbs total. The remainder of the stuff is mostly clothes, about 2 full closets worth of clothes. Not sure how many boxes it will take, maybe 25 17x13x12 boxes, each weighing 15lbs A few more small boxes of misc. items (probably < 100 lbs). There will also be a set of skis, a printer (50lbs), 2 desktop computers, 3 suitcases. I moved all of this across town by myself in a day a few months ago, using only my hatchback. New apt in Chicago has a freight elevator.  

 

This is a lightweight item, promise....it can be easily carried by two...It is only 24 inches deep ...It can strap against a cargo wall taking up minimal space...it the height can can be somewhat reduced by removing the crown ONLY if necessary...Its an antique that will need to be padded under any strapping used secure it to avoid paint rub damage  

I'm looking for white-glove packing and moving service; I can unpack. The bed frame disassembles easily and has no box spring, just a mattress. The art on the walls needs to be wrapped very carefully; I also have a loosely rolled 6" x 50" piece of art (a watercolor, so basically a large piece of paper) that needs to be carefully boxed. In the pictures, I'm NOT taking the white dresser, desk, or kitchen appliances. I have the original packaging for the 27" desktop computer. I'm guessing on the number of boxes; not mentioned are two planters (one ceramic, no plants). I have 1.5 normal-sized closets of stuff, mostly clothes. What's most important to me is care in handling and guaranteed delivery dates.  

Origin is in downtown Boston. All items to be shipped are presently inside a pair of storage closets, accessible to main lobby via elevator. Items will require full blanket protection during shipment. Movers must pick up on Monday May 20 between hours of 8:30 and Noon - I have zero flexibility on the pickup time; it must be during this time window. Movers must assume all responsibility for truck, street occupancy permits, parking, etc. Destination is a suburban home. At destination, movers must unload and assemble all furniture being shipped, up one flight of stairs. In addition, movers must disassemble another bedroom set (which is already in use at the destination) and carry it down one flight of stairs to a garage. Shipment must be delivered to destination during the week of May 20th, between May 20th and May 24th.  

 

China cabinet has 3 panels of curved glass and will need to put in a crate for safety. Hutch probably will not need to be in a crate.

these items are on the 5th floor with elevator and its going 4 blocks to the 4th floor (3 flights up) not elevator  

no hurry, no schedule, just need it moved. Ex husband died...I want his couch. Daughter wants it out!! please help. It's on the second floor. Also.....500 lb gun cabinet for FREE. If you can get it out of the closet..it's yours!  

 

Not exactly sure of the weight on this item but it also contains glass-faced drawers on the inside.
