I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This item had been damaged BEFORE leaving the factory(broken mirror was taped together then the unit was crated) I derlivered the unit to the customer and when removing the crate, the damage, and attempted coverup was discovered. Customer refused delivery, rightfully so. I told shipper I'd return it(at no charge)pickup a replacement and try to get it to the customer. Yes, my truck did have problems and was unable to get it repaired in time to swap units before they closed for xmas week.

Howard picked up a new boxed cabinet which was broken in transit. He agreed to return it to the warehouse for a replacement, but was going to charge me a second time which was wrong and he should know that. I would have been happy had he agreed to deliver the replacement at no additional cost. I had to pay another carrier to deliver the replacement so I lost money on this deal.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! THIS GUY IS A MAJOR RIP OFF AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED. HE LIED TO ME FOR WEEKS AFTER HE HAD MY MERCHANDISE, AND REFUSED TO RETURN A $3000 ITEM. I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE TO GET IT FROM HIM. HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Carrier agreed in his uship quote to pick up my items on Tuesday or Wednesday which was not done, and now he is unable to confirm delivery would be at the latest Monday as promised, so I have lost confidence in this carrier and do not want him to do my delivery.
