A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper indicated pick up anytime between 5th-9th. However once we communicated, She said it could not be picked up on the 6th or 7th which was not stated in the original discussion before bid was accepted. Therefore, I will not be able accomidate this shipment. Thank you

SERVICE PROVIDERS, BEWARE! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS LADY. PICKED UP BOX FOR THIS LADY FROM COASTER, MIAMI AND DELIVERED TO HER CUSTOMER IN FT. MYERS. CUSTOMER SIGNED BOL STATING NO DAMAGE TO BOX. SHE WENT AS FAR AS KEEPING EXTRA MONEY CHARGED FOR 2ND FLOOR DELIVERY WHICH SHE CHARGED CUSTOMER AND NEVER TOLD US. APPARENTLY CONTENTS OF BOX WERE DAMAGED PRIOR TO DELIVERY AND TRIED TO BLAME US! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, RUN AWAY!

This guy is one of the nastiest carriers I've ever had the misfortune to work with. Besides destroying my items, he was rude to my customer and myself. You definitely get what you pay for with this guy.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Carrier agreed in his uship quote to pick up my items on Tuesday or Wednesday which was not done, and now he is unable to confirm delivery would be at the latest Monday as promised, so I have lost confidence in this carrier and do not want him to do my delivery.
