A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I requested the possibility to deliver after business hours to deliver on the dates requested per customer. Shipper didn't offered the option making this delivery more complicated to complete than it should have been.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We agreed on delivery on FridayJune 2nd for delivery. On Wednesday I called the warehouse to see if I needed an appointment to pick up. They informed me that the bed was not paid for yet so I called Susan to ask her to pay so I could Pick it up. She then Informs me I HAVE to deliver it Thursday. I tell her pl but it would be later in the evening becuI had a Doctors appointment in the morning. She then tells me it has to be delivered before 2pm. I told her that would be impossible unless I canc

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Carrier agreed in his uship quote to pick up my items on Tuesday or Wednesday which was not done, and now he is unable to confirm delivery would be at the latest Monday as promised, so I have lost confidence in this carrier and do not want him to do my delivery.
