After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer tried calling, but I communicated through message that the microphone on my phone does not work. Customer insisted we had to discuss details through phone call, but I informed them there was no way to get a hold of another cell phone and asked if we can continue communication through message. Carrier took a new expensive table top out of the box (without asking me) and delivered it to my customer damaged. He said it would be blanket wrapped but my customer confirmed he carried it in unwrapped with no protection, and told my customer he did not do the damage and they should contact me regarding a claim. Carrier would not respond to emails/calls to settle this amicably. Now I understand why he was pressuring me to release his payment before I could speak with my customer. BUYER BEWARE
