The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This is the first carrier I've booked on Uship who does not communicative via telephone. He claims the speaker on his phone doesn't work so he refuses to call you or take your calls. This shipper should not be allowed on Uship if he doesn't have a working phone and/or is unable to communicate via voice calls. I asked shipper to borrow a phone so I could go over a few things before pick up (I sell furniture online and the call would have taken 5 minutes), but he refused. Waste of time.
