Very nice lady. She gave clear and precise instructions and was nice as could be.

Susan was easy to work with, especially when Interstate 65 was closed for almost 8 hours on my way out of Indianapolis to her pickup location in Des Plaines. It was a Holiday Eve and even with the traffic delays the load was picked up on time and delivered the next day. I would transport for Susan in the future without question.
