Carrier took a new expensive table top out of the box (without asking me) and delivered it to my customer damaged. He said it would be blanket wrapped but my customer confirmed he carried it in unwrapped with no protection, and told my customer he did not do the damage and they should contact me regarding a claim. Carrier would not respond to emails/calls to settle this amicably. Now I understand why he was pressuring me to release his payment before I could speak with my customer. BUYER BEWARE

Response from Customboxshop: This shipper is giving me negative feedback long after this shipment has been completed. The shipper and the receiver were both happy with the work provided. Susan offered us another job unrelated to Uship which we did not take and she has left us negative feedback as the result. Very unprofessional.
