WORST experience in 10 years on uship. LIES, LIES & MORE LIES. Promised delivery within 1 week and made 3 appointments with my customer to deliver, but never showed up or had the courtesy to call. Finally he delivered 3 weeks later at 11:30 in the evening. He picked up my merchandise, took it to his home and told me he would deliver when he "felt like it." Billy is an unscrupulous character who should be removed from uship. Good luck if you book with this carrier.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Three weeks ago today I booked this shipment with Lawrence, Skip or TJ (I think he uses 3 names) who has still not picked up even though he PROMISED this delivery would be done the week before last, last week and now this week. He will not return texts, phone calls or emails. His first excuse was that he was "hit by a car" so I gave him the benefit. He also texted me from the same phone saying it was his friend "TJ" and he was going to do my delivery because Lawrence/Skip had to go back in the h
