Call before you arrive, house will be empty except for the large hutch/ sideboard  

Call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule pickup, as I will have to leave work to meet the carrier.  

 

Pickup location just needs 1 day notice for pickup. I also have another armoire that could be picked up too in Elysburg, PA if you are able to add that as well. Message me for details.  

2 Locations Jacksonville 32244 (chair) Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 (Knockdown Armoire) Armoire is broken down in to several pieces All items are blanket and plastic wrapped before pickup. Please have blankets to trade out for those used. We use professional moving blankets. They are 72" x 80", similar to those that you find at Harbor Freight. If you don't have blankets you are welcome to buy ours for $8 each. We are always happy to help load. Please coordinate with us in a timely manner once shipping is booked. All The Best,  

One person on site at pick up location available to help. It's already 3 man job. No stairs, it's on the first floor. Needs to be handled with so much care, it's a very valuable antique. Blanket wrap and strapping for transport. Delivery on Tuesday is ideal please. It will then be loaded into another truck.

The unit is mostly glass with shelving inside that is wooden. It needs to go down a set of stairs.  

Ring unit 3, we live in an apartment building and are on the third floor. You should be able to fit it in the elevator.

Two people preferred at pickup. Armoire top has bottom edge that must be handled with care. Set armoire top on base. Crib must be assembled. The steps are very simple and the tool will be in the hardware kit. Bring plenty of blankets please. All furniture is freshly painted with a white finish. Handle with care.  

Please note photo is of item fully assembled, however, this item has been disassembled and all components are already blanket wrapped for shipment. Photos of current disassembled state available.  

This is actually two pieces; the top desk / shelves with glass doors and the lower dresser drawers. I'd like white glove packing as it is an antique with glass doors. The pick up location has a narrow, long, gravel driveway. The drop off location is in a 55+ gated community.  

Will need to be wrapped and removed from residence. There will be minimal assistance in removing item from home and loading. There are a few steps coming out of the home.
