Hi Russell, Thanks for your reply. I fouled up my email reply to you, so you might not get it. Sorry, this is my first time on Uship, so I'm still learning. Anyway, delivery as soon as you can is great. I bought this on Craigslist, so I will contact the seller for the info on stairs at the pickup. As for the drop off, there are no stairs at all, you can back up literally to my front door and the armoire needs to be placed 15 feet inside the front door. I have owned this exact armoire in the past, so I know it is heavy and has to be wrapped with mover's wrap to keep it secure and stable. It's a Sauder piece, so you know what that means. It already has some scratches on it, so I am not overly fussy about scratches and dings. Heeheehee. Just keep it in one piece and I will be thrilled. Thanks, Marisa  

 

 

 

 

 

 

I had intended to accept a bid in this amount previously, but was unable to log in to accept prior to the previous bid expiring, so I've relisted.  

 

Item will need to be moved into my house through front door-double doors plenty of room and move truck can back right up to it. Item is then going down the hall to office.  

The weight is an estimate it is anywhere from 230-270 lbs.  

 

 

 

I have one double mattress, a wooden loft bed which will be broken down, a dresser, a computer armoire, shelves (planks), and a utility cabinet. The rest is normal household boxes and odds and ends. There are 4 flights of stairs to the apartment I live in now, none at delivery address, but there are 2 steps down into the new apartment.  

Weight on this item is just a guess.  

Shipment is for computer desk only - not the bookcases. Weight shows 465 lbs, but seem heavy since it is mostly hollow inside. Call to confirm pickup availability in Whse. Closed on Saturday.  

 

We will need a truck with a liftgate.  

 

These are antiques - Small China Cabinet (two doors, glass front, stands on legs off the floor); Cedar chest with one wobbly leg; two low armchairs, upholstered; Buffet is short on legs with one cabinet in front - used as TV stand; Secretary - two glass doors on top, fold out desk and three drawers below - three feet wide; computer armoire is a Basset and has two doors with a fold out desk and filing drawers. The boxes are fairly light, and there may not even be that many. This is in a climate-controlled storage facility in downtown Seattle. It needs to be moved to North Atlanta, GA (Suwanee). It all fits in a 5'x10' storage unit. The furniture will need to be shrink-wrapped and padded but the boxes are already sealed.
