Bed disassembled - no boxsprings/mattress. The desk is a large roll top desk that comes apart 2 pieces. The medium armoire is really a large chest of drawers that is heavy and may not dissemble (removable drawers). The furniture is quality and will need good padding. The box is a small box of books. The copier is actually a medium size paper shredder. The file cabinet is empty. Estimated weight of move is 700 lbs. Moving from a storage unit to a home.

7 steps outside and 4 inside. Pickup preferably in the weekend. It has to be delivered to a second floor.

My customer lives in a condo. There are no stairs but there is an elevator to get up to their place. I need someone that will help them get it in their home. Delivery has to be on a Monday or Friday. Preferably May 7th or 11th.  

 

This piece comes apart to make it easier to handle, as follows: the top section lifts off, the doors come off, and the front feet come off. Sufficient help is available to load, but two extra guys may be needed on the delivery end to move the piece inside and upstairs (over an angled stair railing).

This is being picked up from a furniture company - they should have a loading dock. On our end - we live on the second floor of an elevator building. There is 2-3 small steps outside of the building. The mover would be expected to place the furniture in the appropriate place in the apartment and set the two armoire pieces one on top of the other. Some of this furniture is new and some of it has been refinished by the furniture company. Therefore, we are expecting the pieces to come without any nicks or dings as they were picked up. We expect the items to be thoroughly wrapped.  

Only days for delivery are Saturday or Sunday. Delivery address is on a cul-de-sac and will NOT accomodate a tractor trailer rig, must be on a bobtail, box truck, van or pickup. No one at delivery address to assist with liftimg.
