After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The shipper did not return calls. I did not feel confident the move would happen as promised. Response from twobrosmoves: The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The delivery truck of service provider broke down and he is not able to delivery for a uncertain amount of time. He agreed to cancel the transaction.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time First it was Tue., then it was Thur, then Fri, then pick up was made and delivery would be Sat. at 8a., then 10a, then 11a, then called around 12:30p to say pickup location was closed on Sat. (it is over 90 minutes away to start with). Offered to do it next Thu, but we have had enough. SP was well aware of the pickup hours - listed in the shipment and communicated in several emails but forgot about them. SP was rude after I asked for cancellation. Bad service & communication. DO NOT USE !!! Response from gnorris71: Due to circumstances beyond my control a majority of my shipments were delayed the last 2 weeks. I sent email communication as to the situation to all customers. I do not have any problem with a customer wanting to cancel service. I apologized for the inconvenience and explained to he customer that he can do what ever he would like to do. The service providers on this website are human.
