A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The pickup window was very small and I couldnt make it there by 4:30 on Friday and cant wait around until monday to get this. Sorry it didnt work out. Wade

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer unfort. is full of untruths to what really happened. We had picked up a few extra items from last customer pickup and even though the tables WOULD fit on the truck, the men decided to err on the side of safety of the customer's goods as the tables were worth over $8k. We do not take "chances" with our customers items. Customer was immediately notified and told we could come back this week. Customer then "shopped around" again and came back after not finding a suitable price. We passed

I don't think I provided an inaccurate record of what happened - another customer had more than they indicated and the truck was too full to comfortably take mine. I am happy that no chances were taken with my items, although I was probably a little upset at the time with the last minute change. I did look around to see if anyone could do the load sooner.
