i' like to thank mr crudebart for the open and honest review as i will provide the same.i was asked by mr crudebart"after the bid was accepted and well into the the planning stages of my trip" ken would you go by philly and pic a table 4 me? i will throw in a $30 tip 4 u.ok i said mr crudbart can u give some directions to this pic-up point,as there was no pysical address ever given to me so i dont see how a g.p.s.would have helped.mr crudebart just gave me incorrect directions 56 miles and 3 hr

I did text Ken the full address and phone number of the pickup. I know he spoke directly with the pickup location using this phone number and he could certainly have asked them for the location. My instructions were to "take Exit 2 off I-95 in PA, go 100 yards north and the stop would be on the left; Exit 2 is north of the DE border and south of the Philly airport". Ken should be thankful that I reviewed his directions from NYC; I saved him a fat ticket for driving a truck on the Saw Mill Pkwy.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was supposed to pick up by Friday, 1 November, ( he specified this date) but his schedule prevented him from doing so. As specified in the bid, the pickup location was a business with weekday hours and shipper could not wait until Monday. All of this was relayed to me at the 11th hour, 3pm on Thursday afternoon. I am now high and dry without a shipper and rushing to find a substitute arrangement.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper arrived at pickup with truck so full of other items that he could not load mine. I had given accurate measurements so this was not my fault. Shipper indicated that another customer had added many items so there was no room for mine.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service provider contacted me to let me know one of the items might not fit in his trailer. We mutually agreed not to try and cancel.
