Bad experience. Shipper did not meet their very generous delivery time frame that totaled 24 days. It took them 41 days to pick up and deliver and were extremely lax in communicating with me throughout the process. At several points, over a week went by without a response to texts/voicemails and we were convinced our chairs were forever gone. I had to engage uShip customer support twice before the chairs showed up. I chose GoHard because of the positive feedback; but found the service terrible.

buyer is correct we were late , things happen , we got the items there safely , buyer treated his shipment like it was the only shipment we should have , 100 dollars doesnt get you across the country , we kept in contact it was 3 separate people emailing and texting me every day , but we were late so we take all blame for this

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was supposed to pick up and deliver last Thursday. I last received a text on Thursday early afternoon. Since then the provider has not responded to text, voicemail, or email. We would have liked to have worked with this shipper but now we will find a different one.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider had difficulty arranging pickup and then said he had a death in the family ( I understand that & told him so). After that, he stated he was going to pick up last Friday & then didn't do so. Will look for another shipper.
