After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Due to a series of unfortunate events of which one was In my control I do not feel.comfortable working with this customer. I was never informed that the pickup location was closed on Saturday. Because I was misinformed the customer requested cancellation. I apologize for the inconvenience. Good luck. Response from Curtis R.: Well, since you were going to do it on Tuesday so their Saturday closure was not an issue . Nor would your alternates of Thur or Friday have been.
I also stated:
"Please contact them directly to let them know you are coming; sometimes they will step out to run errands but will be sure to be there if you call. "
That seems pretty obvious to me to do, but I always mention it. Also, if you let them know ahead, they often stage the pieces to make your wait time much shorter.
