Ken really needs to get a GPS rather than depending on his customers to direct him. We asked for delivery on Friday afternoon. He first wanted to deliver on Wednesday so we waited all day only to have it moved to Thursday, early afternoon, only to have him call to deliver very late or the following day (which is what we originally asked for). It finally showed up at 6:15p. Lots of communication back and forth, but not of much use as he kept changing.

im very taken aback by this customers feedback if the shipper/receiver cannot give me correct directions,roads,addreses,streets,exit numbers etc.then giving me incorrect info.and saying it's my fault.this is very unfair.also i drove approx.78 miles,wasted at least 3 hrs.of precious time,following the customers bogus directions and never found the location,of this pic/up,which was a add on item, just as a favor to the customer then he tried 2 withold part of my fee.HOW WOULD A GPS SOLVE THIS? KEN

Good experience with Steve. He was able to pick up the items promptly, packed them well, & kept us up to date on progress. He had some problems earlier in the day before delivery but called to let us know there would be a delay & gave us the option to reschedule to the next day. He made the extra effort to make the delivery on the scheduled date & we appreciated that. Would not hesitate to use him again
