I no longer need my item(s) shipped Service provider could only pick up on Friday and we are closed on Friday.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Russel claimed he was going to pick up over 5 times, never showed and ignored calls. I would not recommend trying to book with him.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This was 100% our fault the table was not ready in time, this shipping company is absolutely awesome and I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely phenomenal service, extremely kind and reliable as well. My client was extremely pleased and happy with her delivery experience. Chris was very responsive and helpful with keeping updates regarding the shipment, informing the client as well. I can't wait to use ya'll again!

He started off very nice & professional but it went downhill very quick. Our client was canceled on 3 times by this delivery service. Being frustrated led this led the client to rant to the delivery company, with this happening the delivery service cursed the client out and told him "to respectfully go jump of the nearest bridge." I finally got Augi to calm down upon telling him how disrespectful it was to speak to a difficult client this way regardless of how difficult he was. This was a mess.

Well it’s a good thing there are two sides to a coin folks. Allow me to explain, this shipping company tried to ship this particular customer a totally different table than they had ordered this is why the customer on the receiving end was frustrated at anyone who would call him with regards to this table. I NOT being aware of the situation was being verbally abused by her customer for three days. He had every right to be upset with this shipper not me, I wasn’t going to deliver but did it.
