After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Explained to customer that due to weather conditions we weren't able to make it at business hours and he refused to accommodate. Stated that if we weren't there by 4 then not to even bother. This company is very unorganized and very rude and disrespectful. I would not like to work with them now or in the near future and I think you should think twice before accepting anything from them

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This service provider said they would pick up between 330 & 4pm yesterday. They said they would call back closer to time to advise a exact time. Did not hear or see them by 4pm which is what time we close. I texted them several times and called and left voice mails several times and received no response to any of them. I paid an employee to stay after 4pm until 445pm in case they were just running a little late. Still no show. At 615pm, I get a call saying they couldn't make it by 4 so the
