Communication was a flop! It maybe due to customers request for delivery at their earliest convenience putting herself ahead of schedule by one day Causing me to change 3 peoples schedule around. I was not happy! Also caused more fuel, due to severe backtracking! Lost all the money I picked it up for, thats ALOT of miles! Not only that it was listed under blanket wrap not white glove like she said; causing ME to hire help. Had i known that i would NOT of placed an offer to be accepted by shipper

Communication was extremely clear and listed under the shipment which included WHITE GLOVE/ASSEMBLY OF THE PIECE. I even double checked to make sure you had read the listing which included assembly of the piece which you confirmed. Never made you deliver to the client before your other 3, nor did you have to. Thank you for delivering these pieces.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Our company had listed the pick up day one day too early and the shipment was not ready, the shipping company was understanding and we understand their route is set which they cannot pick up the shipment.
