We use Exclusive Distribution on a weekly basis and they are the absolute best! Whenever they deliver a piece for us we hear nothing but positive feedback from the client and how much they love John, how careful he was with their pieces and how helpful he was for them. I could not recommend them enough! :)

Kevin was 2 days late on pick up, the only reason we set a pick up date was because I reached out to him to find out. The following day I get an email from the client saying that Kevin is going to charge her for the assembly of the piece, the assembly was mentioned in the notes of the shipment which he agreed to. He charged THE CLIENT an additional $50 instead of us through Paypal which was discussed on a phone call, even though it was included in the booking. Awful service & WAY over priced. Response from MovingForwardTransit: Customer booked a blanket wrap job and did not include in request that assembly was needed. I picked up and dropped off within 2 days. The customers client was very happy with our service, not so happy with my customer.
They promised her a white glove move and only paid for a blanket wrap job. Then got mad at me because I had to bill them for a half hour labor to assemble and dispose of trash ( 8 foot box, smaller 3 foot box)

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I reached out to them as soon as I booked this shipment and didn't hear back, so I followed up the second day to find out that they were there waiting to pick up the shipment. However the listed days were the 26th-28th and in the listing description it said "Pick up hours are Tuesday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm". I was told they are not able to pick up on the requested days and I told them we would have to cancel then. I didn't get any text asking if they could meet today, had they reached out we may

Dewayne did an awesome job with this delivery! My client is extremely happy with the delivery and the service they provided. I only have one complaint, he didn't get the BOL signed. I informed him that I would need to get her approval of delivery before releasing payment since there was no signed BOL and he became very defensive about getting the payment which I understand but we needed to make sure it was delivered safely first. Overall it was a great experience besides that.

Oh my goodness, this was the best shipping service we have ever worked with on Uship! Extremely professional, he used 4 blankets to protect the piece as well as shrink wrapped it. My customer was extremely pleased and happy with the service provided. I will definitely be booking again!
