After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We attempted to pick this item up on at least 2 other occasions. The second or third try,we were in route to their REMOTE location,they told us they found DAMAGE on the item and needed until Tue. the 24th for pick up. Tue. morning we spoke by Phone and while making our rounds told him we'd be in his area by the end of the day. They close at 4:30PM and we told them we'd stay overnight nearby and be there first thing Wednesday. The item was relisted prior to cancelling. Please hide cancellation.

When we told you that we had to do a refinish, you told us that Tuesday would be better.Tues, I spoke to you in the morning and you said you would call me back by 3:30 with an update but if you didn't make it before we closed, you would spend the night in our parking lot and be there first thing Wed. You never called back, I texted you and you said you were in SC south of Charlotte going to lay down for the night. Wed. we could not get you by phone or text, so we had to make changed. Michael

It was a pleasure delivering for Madison, and wonderful to work with. She made the process very easy including the pee-drilled holes for assembling the base legs to table. I'm happy that I could meet the customer's deadline before this weekend. Thank you

Carriers do not work with this lady. If she calls you or puts out an offer do not accept. If she has something listed on here it’s because she has gotten herself into some trouble and wants you to take the blame for it. She lists shipments as blanket wrap and then expects you to do white glove service. I ended up in the middle of one of her fiascos and was verbally abused by her customer. No amount of money is worth getting verbally abused. She dwells in shady, misleading, deceptive scenarios.

I expect white glove delivery service because it was what was agreed upon prior to booking (check listing description). YOU put yourself in this situation because you decided to cancel on my client 3 times when they had to commute two hours (which you knew), curse them out and tell them to "respectfully go jump of the nearest bridge." I reported this "delivery company" to Uship and would avoid working with them at all costs as we are a high-end professional company who doesn't curse at clients.

We use Exclusive Distribution on a weekly basis and they are the absolute best! Whenever they deliver a piece for us we hear nothing but positive feedback from the client and how much they love John, how careful he was with their pieces and how helpful he was for them. I could not recommend them enough! :)

Kevin was 2 days late on pick up, the only reason we set a pick up date was because I reached out to him to find out. The following day I get an email from the client saying that Kevin is going to charge her for the assembly of the piece, the assembly was mentioned in the notes of the shipment which he agreed to. He charged THE CLIENT an additional $50 instead of us through Paypal which was discussed on a phone call, even though it was included in the booking. Awful service & WAY over priced.

Customer booked a blanket wrap job and did not include in request that assembly was needed. I picked up and dropped off within 2 days. The customers client was very happy with our service, not so happy with my customer. They promised her a white glove move and only paid for a blanket wrap job. Then got mad at me because I had to bill them for a half hour labor to assemble and dispose of trash ( 8 foot box, smaller 3 foot box) *Beware these guys are shady* *Very unprofessional as well*

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I reached out to them as soon as I booked this shipment and didn't hear back, so I followed up the second day to find out that they were there waiting to pick up the shipment. However the listed days were the 26th-28th and in the listing description it said "Pick up hours are Tuesday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm". I was told they are not able to pick up on the requested days and I told them we would have to cancel then. I didn't get any text asking if they could meet today, had they reached out we may

Dewayne did an awesome job with this delivery! My client is extremely happy with the delivery and the service they provided. I only have one complaint, he didn't get the BOL signed. I informed him that I would need to get her approval of delivery before releasing payment since there was no signed BOL and he became very defensive about getting the payment which I understand but we needed to make sure it was delivered safely first. Overall it was a great experience besides that.

Oh my goodness, this was the best shipping service we have ever worked with on Uship! Extremely professional, he used 4 blankets to protect the piece as well as shrink wrapped it. My customer was extremely pleased and happy with the service provided. I will definitely be booking again!
