The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Very nice and good communication however the dates were not met for pick up and what the service was for.

Absolutely awesome service! I have been using Phillip for about a year now and he has never damaged any pieces and has excellent customer service for the clients.

Pieces delivered in great condition, however terrible service. Upon pick up she mentioned that she would not be able to bring the pieces inside & assemble without assistance of the client & made our shop guys load the pieces in with out helping. It clearly mentioned in the listing that it was white glove & required assembly of the piece. Should have considered the size of the pieces before booking because she wasn't able to lift any of them & then complained later about having to hire people. Response from JoyOnTheMove: This shipper in the office jumped on cheap labor which would of costed nearly double if she knew her client was not intending on unloading!! I didn’t get any contact info until I picked up and signed their BOL (becomes they want proof at delivery) so how would i know if I could even ask for assistance! To be honest it was a lie to say it was listed as white glove but it clear as day was NOT! Was not like all the rest i do when I communicate with receiving at booking! Then customer leaves town!

We use Exclusive Distribution on a weekly basis and they are the absolute best! Whenever they deliver a piece for us we hear nothing but positive feedback from the client and how much they love John, how careful he was with their pieces and how helpful he was for them. I could not recommend them enough! :)

Kevin was 2 days late on pick up, the only reason we set a pick up date was because I reached out to him to find out. The following day I get an email from the client saying that Kevin is going to charge her for the assembly of the piece, the assembly was mentioned in the notes of the shipment which he agreed to. He charged THE CLIENT an additional $50 instead of us through Paypal which was discussed on a phone call, even though it was included in the booking. Awful service & WAY over priced. Response from MovingForwardTransit: Customer booked a blanket wrap job and did not include in request that assembly was needed. I picked up and dropped off within 2 days. The customers client was very happy with our service, not so happy with my customer.
They promised her a white glove move and only paid for a blanket wrap job. Then got mad at me because I had to bill them for a half hour labor to assemble and dispose of trash ( 8 foot box, smaller 3 foot box)
*Beware these guys are shady*
