After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We attempted to pick this item up on at least 2 other occasions. The second or third try,we were in route to their REMOTE location,they told us they found DAMAGE on the item and needed until Tue. the 24th for pick up. Tue. morning we spoke by Phone and while making our rounds told him we'd be in his area by the end of the day. They close at 4:30PM and we told them we'd stay overnight nearby and be there first thing Wednesday. The item was relisted prior to cancelling. Please hide cancellation.

When we told you that we had to do a refinish, you told us that Tuesday would be better.Tues, I spoke to you in the morning and you said you would call me back by 3:30 with an update but if you didn't make it before we closed, you would spend the night in our parking lot and be there first thing Wed. You never called back, I texted you and you said you were in SC south of Charlotte going to lay down for the night. Wed. we could not get you by phone or text, so we had to make changed. Michael

Pieces delivered in great condition, however terrible service. Upon pick up she mentioned that she would not be able to bring the pieces inside & assemble without assistance of the client & made our shop guys load the pieces in with out helping. It clearly mentioned in the listing that it was white glove & required assembly of the piece. Should have considered the size of the pieces before booking because she wasn't able to lift any of them & then complained later about having to hire people.

This shipper in the office jumped on cheap labor which would of costed nearly double if she knew her client was not intending on unloading!! I didn’t get any contact info until I picked up and signed their BOL (becomes they want proof at delivery) so how would i know if I could even ask for assistance! To be honest it was a lie to say it was listed as white glove but it clear as day was NOT! Was not like all the rest i do when I communicate with receiving at booking! Then customer leaves town!

We use Exclusive Distribution on a weekly basis and they are the absolute best! Whenever they deliver a piece for us we hear nothing but positive feedback from the client and how much they love John, how careful he was with their pieces and how helpful he was for them. I could not recommend them enough! :)

Kevin was 2 days late on pick up, the only reason we set a pick up date was because I reached out to him to find out. The following day I get an email from the client saying that Kevin is going to charge her for the assembly of the piece, the assembly was mentioned in the notes of the shipment which he agreed to. He charged THE CLIENT an additional $50 instead of us through Paypal which was discussed on a phone call, even though it was included in the booking. Awful service & WAY over priced.

Customer booked a blanket wrap job and did not include in request that assembly was needed. I picked up and dropped off within 2 days. The customers client was very happy with our service, not so happy with my customer. They promised her a white glove move and only paid for a blanket wrap job. Then got mad at me because I had to bill them for a half hour labor to assemble and dispose of trash ( 8 foot box, smaller 3 foot box) *Beware these guys are shady* *Very unprofessional as well*
