This was the worst experience I’ve had since I’ve been using Uship,, I will do my best to avoid any shipments that Madison is associated with,, Response from Michael S.: This guy had one simple thing to do and did not get the BOL signed so we had to wait to verify with our customer that the piece was actually delivered. In the future do your job right and there would be no delay in payment! If we could change our feedback to this shipper we would suggest to avoid them at all costs!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved It appeared by what she was saying in the pickup available that we needed to make an appointment other than Tuesday or Thursday I tried to contact her starting on Friday that I wanted to pick it up on Monday she said they were not open on Monday we're only open Tuesdays or Thursdays tried to make it on Tuesday. Have a scheduling conflict because stuck up on a mountain in the mud in North Carolina cannot wait till Thursday she only can take shippers on Tuesday and Thursday
