Please note: We are easy to work with so if you have any issues communication is Best! List everything you have! as additional items will incur additional costs, We will not move pig stys, so clean off your furniture, we have to use our blankets on others customers things, Beds must be in bags, or wrapped in covers we cannot put blankets on beds. We come from a High End Retail Installation Service Company and are now offering our expertise to individuals. All we ask is you be upfront about all items to be picked up Often people leave out several items and we may not have the room. Thank you and we look forward to serving you. Please note: This is route work and no specified hour or day is possible as you never know how long each pickup and delivery may take or traffic incidents. But we do our best to give you an estimated time and will update as we go.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper could not pick up the item.

Not True: We went to pickup location and no one was there. Total Disregard to us Providers! Monica declined to let us know they were closed on Monday After several phone calls The person agreed to meet us. We went to the location to pickup but the guy did not show made more calls to Monica and she said they didn't think it was going to happen today! These people have no idea how much expense we entail to go to pickup there items. Monica declined to give her cell # just a work # she didn't check

Read: We asked Amy from the start how Full is the unit due to us having previously booked clients on truck She said "she can walk straight to the back and was not full" We arrived at unit and found you could NOT walk to the back unless you removed an entire aisle it was loaded up to the door! You couldn't walk in it at all! We offered to pickup on the next route but she couldn't wait This is why we ask people to be honest with what they have in case we cant fit it Thanks for causing us a cancel

Excellent move. Jill was very good about communicating ahead of the move. They came on time for pickup and were very professional. They drove next day from NY to Boston and arrived on time for delivery. Job well done, highly recommended.

Chris and Jill are "Movers with heart". They knew I needed the shipped kitchens cabinets asap and they adjusted their schedule accordingly. Not only did the cabinets get here timely but they were in perfect condition. They both are very concerned with neatness and order with both packing and unloading the items. I couldn't be more pleased. In addition they are so personable and likeable. You can rely on them. Not only was trsinc a 10 but so was uShip. Wouldn't hesitate using them

Jill and Chris were AMAZING. They were very quick responding to all my questions/concerns. Since I booked them a bit last minute (they were so kind to fit me in), we hadn't set up a specific time frame, but Jill called when they were on their way to let me know. Great communication. At my new place, they did a great job...and had to troubleshoot how to get my couch in (had to fit it through the window! I cannot say enough about the Jill and Chris. They are wonderful people. I could go on forever

Jill and Chris were top-notch movers: careful, professional, and friendly. I was amazed at how quickly they both packed and loaded my household, and then later unloaded it. I have a second move planned for the near future for which I hope to engage them again. I cannot recommend them enough.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Bid was for pickup between 7-15 to 7-31 based on when our truck is in your area, not a scheduled day weeks ahead of time to reserve an elevator. We could have picked up by now and already delivered but customer told us after accepting the bid.

The service provider never said that they were in the area. They were instructed that they had to make sure the service elevator would be available on the pick-up day...that the earlier they reserved the elevator, the better their chance of getting it that day. They could have picked up the shipment on practically any weekday during the 16 days. The real problem here is that this service provider is quick to bid but fails to follow up with good communication. They do not return calls or emails.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This listing was for aprox 20 furniture items which turned out to be 37 Customer lied and stated "I said I would pack my Truck" Review I never said I would pack my truck! The other bidder said he would dedicate his trailer in fact I stated I had other customers! I even asked is this for 20 items? Then after she sent detailed emails with more "oh I forgot 4 rocking chairs" This is not how it works Bid is for items listed ONLY! This move would fill 3/4 of a 26' truck large heavy furniture Beware!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer There were too many changes to the shipment. The customer could not be present at the time of pick-up or have any sort of representative there in his place to inventory his contents.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer was Great, just had more than listed after we accepted, and we could not squeeze her things in the orginal space we reserved for her move. Not her fault she didnt realize that a sectional needs to be listed as a sectional not a couch and all items should be listed, But a wonderful customer to work with and we helped her get this move rebooked instantly with another uship partner ready to book. Thank you!

Wonderful customer! She was extremely gracious to accept a change in schedule due to Hurricane Sandy as our load was delayed going to the northeast and we had a layover. We kept her vintage chairs in a climate controlled enviroment and treated them as gold until delivered! Thank you for your kind heart! Hope we can service your moving needs in the future.
