I shipped a vintage Secretary from my late mother’s estate in Atlanta to my daughter in Port Washington, NY. The shipment was timely and arrived in excellent condition. The price was reasonable and covered everything. I spoke with Jill, the carrier, 3or 4 times and found her to be knowledgeable, honest, and personable! I would happily use U-Ship It again!!

Jill was great. The recliner was picked up in FL on Sunday and delivered to NYC on Thursday, at midnight, which was a little weird. Considering there was holiday traffic around NYC I can understand why they did it though. They are easy to work with. Don't hesitate to use them. I would use them again. Response from Ty C.: Cindy was also great We called and they decided it would be easier if we left it with the doorman anytime at night to avoid the crazy NYC holiday traffic, we really appreciated that! No Traffic! Would love to move anything for her again. Thank you

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After they accepted the bid, I tried on multiple attempts to contact the shipper, resulting in U ship customer contacting them twice on my behalf. I was provided the individuals name actually driving the truck, Jill. I was flexible when they could not meet my date of Jan 28, In mid February I emailed Jill and said I would be traveling Feb 18-26 and I needed the shipment to happen before March 11th. I am having back surgery after that time. I have not heard from them and now my emails bounce Response from Ty C.: We have been in contact with Terri, and agreed to deliver before March 11th, Our new number was given to her in a personal email we sent her, Sorry to hear she is having Surgery, we wish her the best,

Nothing but positive things to say. When asking for quotes theirs was the most reasonable and the service offered perfectly matched my needs.
Communication was excellent during the pre-pickup, pickup, moving, pre-delivery snd during delivery.
Service was 'white-glove' allowing me to coordinate and facilitate the move without having to be present.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment wasn't there to measure it, 4 inches too big, they were courtesy Response from Ty C.: Customer Made a mistake in the listing and Laura was asked prior to booking if this was taller than 6' ft she said NO, night of pickup father measured it and it was 6'8" tall, we offered to pick it up the following week when we had our taller truck. Laura decided to get it herself to save $. If measurements were correct we would have pick up that night, We understand customer made a mistake.
