Jill and Chris did an excellent job with my move from New York to Florida. They carefully wrapped and loaded my furniture and treated it as their own. When unloading, they were very careful and left the furniture wrapped until it was in place. I would highly recommend using their service.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This cancellation has come as a complete shock to me!! TRSINC was originally talking back and forth with me collecting details on the shipment. Each step of the way Ty reassured me that the challenges I described to him with my shipment were not a problem. I had items that were not boxed etc., and he said it would not be a problem he had boxes etc. Ty himself suggested I have the storage facility staff cut the lock which I was able to line up. What's the problem??? And not even a call???

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I originally had fewer items to be shipped. I now have more than I have planned and the provider does not have enough space for my shipment. They were very friendly and I completely understand why they do not have enough space.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I cannot accept the request. The shipment was booked a month ago and we have been communicating over email planning everything. I had made it clear with them that I will not be in CT physically on 29th and prepared the shipment for them all ready and packed to go. I need to vacate the place on 30th and I only have 2days to find another shipper with reasonable price. This is very last minute notice and I don't think I have enough time to relist and find another shipper on 29th during the holiday

Feedback uncalled for READ:showed up at this shack in the woods(where items were stored)to find furniture(bed & sectional not wrapped as customer stated in listing)Items were stored in DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS!Gross dog/cat hair everywhere squished poop on floor.We refused bed as it wasnt wrapped and full of dead bugs,hair,dirt.Our 10 blankets we used on the hair infested sectional now need to be professionaly cleaned.Were on time for pu&del We should have refused to move this Gross Nasty shipment
