I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Booking phone number was incorrect. Customer doesn't answer private calls; we didn't know that. We could still accommodate her move, but she wishes not to continue.

My things were delivered a day earlier than expected. Only a storage trunk an several glass jars were broken during the move. Considering the lack of time and hurry I was in to complete this long distance move, it went fairly well overall. I would recommend Mickey to those with a small load of items to move a long distance on the east coast and working on a budget. He works on a tight time table, so be ready to stick to a schedule. No late birds or delays. Response from micheyshipper101: 1 you had no trunk from what I remember 2 you showed up 6 hours late for your move 3 you stunk like booze 3
4 you threw everything in plastic tubs and boxes. Without any wrapping 5 you told me you were up all night partying in Boston and you had to sleep on the side of the road because you could not make the time you had chosen. 6 you told me that you just wanted to empty the storage unit due to the cost of it. And then after the items were delivered you called me for my insurance agent to fil

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I want to cancel this booking and file a negative review on this company. I am disgusted with their customer service practice. I am now left looking for a new mover last minute, with a 3-day holiday weekend approaching, when I have less than a week left at my departure location. Please assist at earliest! Chantal Salako Response from Ty C.: The phone number on the booking details page was incorrect, called her several times left messages on her cell phone, she called back when we were closed stating she does not answer private calls. We still could have accomadated this move and picked up in time, but after threatening emails it was best to cancel. There was poor communication from this customer due to the fact she would not answer the phone.
