The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment They did not meet the time frame that was promised. Never showed to pick up item. After working on this with them for over a month I will need to cancel. Response from Ty C.: This was a free item that the owner was giving away, she already gave it away! Therefore she made it impossible for us to pick up, waited nearby for hours for her to be home!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipping provider supposed to pick up the items between May7 to May11 as per bidding description. But they didn't show. Poor communications. Not picking up calls and not replying phone calls. Will not use them in the future.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time There were multiple reasons for this cancellation beginning with the difficulty in contacting this provider throughout the entire process. Phone calls went straight to a voicemail and were not returned for hours and sometimes not until the next day. I was never able to get them to commit to a moving day and time. They ultimately said that they "don't do schedules" which I think should be listed on their profile if that is the case. The final straw broke on the day that we were supposed to move Response from Ty C.: Total BS! All lies! We showed up on day of move, Hard ON Husband opened door and said" Its just the 2 of you" We said yes he said NOOOOOOOO NOOOOOOO. He was a nasty human being! He said you can go home we said fine, We were very glad we did not have to work for this piece of dog crap, We were blessed the next day with a super sweet couples 2 bedroom house heading the same way. God blessed us and protected us!

Absolutely great experience with TRSINC. I had one antique item delivered in a very timely manner and without incident. Communication was not a problem and they were on time. I was incorrect on the shipping weight of my item, as it was a very old item and I had no way to weigh it or details on it, so I do apologize for that. Will definitely use in the future for any further moves.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This is not the fault of the service provider. They have been very reasonable. It is the person who we are supposed to pick up from. They keep changing the times they are available, and it is impossible to coordinate, and unfair to the shipping company, who needs to work around the ever-changing schedule. The window of time provided by the person we are picking up from becomes narrower and narrower, and I'm realizing that this will never happen. Thanks so much anyway. I intend on using uship aga Response from Ty C.: This was unfair to us and to Dominique Turns out these items were not bought They were goodwill giveaways, that most likely she already disposed of and that is why she would not answer her phone or return any messages to us or Dominique. Please people be sure your items exist before booking with innocent movers like us, this is adding up cancellations on our account which causes us distress. Do not accept a bid if you are unsure about the item you posted. If you don't own it don't post it.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The delivery company stated it would pick up by March 9th, although by phone and email it was scheduled to pick up the rug earlier. The delivery company was not able to pick up by March 9th. The shipper claims that we were not available today. That is not true. I gave the shipper my wife's mobile and my wife confirmed that she was never called to arrange pick up. I am frustrated by how long it has taken to discover that the shipper is now cancelling this delivery and has wasted two weeks. Response from Ty C.: A simple case of the home owner not being available when we were in the area, Shipper wanted an appointment, this was not booked for by appointment my driver called him, he speaker phoned his wife and she said No she would not be available on wed the day our truck was in the area. This was a simple case of when they were home we weren't in the area, when we were in the area they weren't available. The delivery end also has timed elevators.

Timely pickup and delivery.
An extra day of notice on each end would make it perfect. Response from Ty C.: Rich, check your voicemails and dates, An extra day notice was given, we did not know you (Richard) was in Saudia Arabia different time zones and didnt get our messages until next day. Thanks for leaving feedback before verifing the facts!
