Please note: We are easy to work with so if you have any issues communication is Best! List everything you have! as additional items will incur additional costs, We will not move pig stys, so clean off your furniture, we have to use our blankets on others customers things, Beds must be in bags, or wrapped in covers we cannot put blankets on beds. We come from a High End Retail Installation Service Company and are now offering our expertise to individuals. All we ask is you be upfront about all items to be picked up Often people leave out several items and we may not have the room. Thank you and we look forward to serving you. Please note: This is route work and no specified hour or day is possible as you never know how long each pickup and delivery may take or traffic incidents. But we do our best to give you an estimated time and will update as we go.

Please disregard this feedback Team deserved 5 stars as usual they went above and beyond Shipper Misrepresented her listing delivery was not ground floor it was 2nd story, shipper had more items then listed Team had to pack lose items & disassemble This was Not included in bid or part of move Team moved heavy furniture upstairs she gave them $15 & a tip. Services were as described in listing and bid, punctuality was fine this was not by appointment move! Care of goods & communication = 5 stars

Jill and crew were great. Nice people to work with. Dresser had to be delivered a day later due to an unexpected medical emergency. customer was happy once they arrived and delivered in the house so quickly and in perfect condition.Thank you!

We were not late he said "No rush" he was going away neighbor had key Just mad because we did not pack up more of his items at his parents house which was not part of the move. We took alot more than listed His mom didn't have a clue. He wouldn't answer his phone. We unburied his things under a mess of moldy ceiling tiles & moldy boxes, old family items in a big room downstairs we packed up what we could find under all of it His parents were wonderful people who were downsizing to a community

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I'm no longer able to accommodate this shipment on these dates, I dont want to hold up this customer and feel he will very easily get another provider to pick up his shipment on the dates he needs.

Customer items were not wrapped as stated in listing Items were stored in a shack in the woods We should have refused the entire shipment Items were stored in deplorable conditions dog/cat hair everywhere squished poop on floor We refused bed as it wasnt wrapped and full of dog/cat hair dead bugs & dirt.Our blankets were contaminated and need to be professionaly cleaned. We showed up within 30 minutes of scheduled time for pu & delivery. Thought cust was nice & we didnt deserve feedback received

Wonderful person! The best I have ever met in this business, there are no words to express her kind nature and friendliness. Even though her train was late we all managed to make this work. We look forward to seeing her again. This time we will have lunch together on us.
